These Terms of Service govern your use of Flatview Restoration Academy’s learning platform for furniture restoration. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that exhibit suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse, with or without notice as permitted by law.
2) Subscriptions & Payments
We offer one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the listed price, taxes, and any applicable fees. For subscriptions, charges recur automatically until canceled.
Prices may change with prior notice. If a price changes for an active subscription, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the next billing cycle.
3) Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product and jurisdiction. Unless stated otherwise, self-paced courses are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been consumed. Live workshops may be refundable up to 7 days before the event. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future requests.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sharing accounts, scraping content, reverse engineering, distributing malware, harassing others, or infringing intellectual property. You may not use the platform to create a competing product or to redistribute course materials without permission.
We may limit or revoke access to protect service integrity, learners, and instructors. Repeated violations may result in termination.
5) Intellectual Property
All course videos, images, text, and downloadable resources are the property of Flatview Restoration Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial learning.
You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to host and display it solely for operating the service. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
6) Privacy & Data
We process personal data as described in our privacy practices, including account information, usage analytics, and payment-related data handled by our payment processors. We implement reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, or delete your data. For requests, see the Contact section below.
7) Disclaimers
The platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatview Restoration Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.
In any event, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, legal compliance, or security reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services.
